Maximum sim rate is 4X which is too low for long haul aircraft and really an unusual limitiaion for Add-ons
Please enable 8X or at least don't block manual attempts to increase sim rate

The A340-600 runs fully in-sim and the aircraft generally becomes unstable above a 4x sim-rate, and so unfortunately the option is not provided. If you need to go faster, we'd recommend using the jump to waypoint feature in the EFB instead.

Well, maybe depending on the PC performance.
Inibuilds A350 have 4X as their highest rate to choose from in their EFB, however it's though possible to manually raise it to 8X and it works perfectly.
Is there a parameter in some config-file to change?

Jumping kind of kills a bit of a true simulation feeling and also, does it work properly, calculating the correct consumed fuel and time?
The "Freeze All" functionality do not work so excuse me for being a bit suspicious
