Same as before from the Aerosoft store. It is working fine now but I don't like the idea of having to buy the aircraft twice. I also don't understand why simply changing the graphic settings in MSFS would trigger a need to "reactivate the aircraft" with the serial key. Never had to deal with this in X-Plane.

Hello, there's never a need to repurchase an add-on. Frankly, I'm surprised that was your first idea. Have you contacted our support?

This forum post was created at 8PM CST which is around 2am Saturday, Germany time, which would have been well after our offices closed for the weekend when support is generally unavailable.

The forum is primarily a community forum, but we respond where possible, however, serial key issues can never be dealt with via the forum and require a ticket. The helpdesk is always the guaranteed way to receive a response.

It was a panic decision as I needed it right away. But all is good the plane is working great and Aerosoft has offered me a refund for the extra purchse.
