Hi,

whenever I open the front doors the airplane crashes shortly before the doors are completely open. The front gears sink halfway into the ground and the EFB says:

"Flight Model Still Waiting For The Go From The User Click Here To Start".

Clicking resets the situation. Happens only to 1L and 1R. I am using the DLH livery.

Same exact issue here.

Same here. When using GSX the jetway connects to the front door almost always. When I try to open that door to board passengers it crashes

Just experienced this one too

Try disabling the sims crash detection. It is not compatible with the A340 due to its own independant flight model.

This is exactly what happens. It crashes and then a back on track message pops up. This needs to be looked into. Also, if you can set it to only use the L2 door for jetway boarding this would be a workaround as it only seems to crash when the L1 door is opened during boarding

Serious? I like the plane, but this is not something I expected.

That applies for me, too. Crash detection is disabled. The side back occurred on the TFDi MD-11 and was fixed by them soon after release. Maybe it’s the same issue.

I did another flight today where I could open the door without any problem. So it doesn’t occur under every circumstance.

I have this problem too. It happens for me when I attempt to open Doors 1L, 2L and 3L manually. In my case the problem is consistent - it happens every time I try.

I’m facing the same issue.

Whenever I try to open 1R and 1L while using GSX, it always crashes.

Even when I disable the crash detection feature, it still crashes. After it crashes, when I try to disable it again, the disable button is grayed out, so I can’t turn it off.

Did a little test at Geathrow with the Ini 330 and the jetway will connect to L2 which is correct. If I switch to the 346 it connects to L1 and breaks GSX boarding and causes the crashing when opening the 1 door

Same issue here and I have disabled crashes in MSFS2024.

I recently updated GSX and didnt notice this behavior beforehand. However now on every flight if I open a door the plane crashes

This doesn't happen with any other aircraft in the sim so is a 346 specific issue
