Cannot download NAV data

Hi Aerosoft team,

I’m having trouble downloading the latest nav data, it just keep saying downloading 2602 for HOURS. It never happens on other aircraft’s, any idea on how to fix it? Thanks

Could the official team provide a feature to switch between the default MSFS navigation data and Navigraph navigation data?
