I have trouble downloading the FSS 727-200 super 27 via Aerosoft One. I bought it on simmarket and registed it on Aerosoft One. I once installed the add-on and uninstalled it because of some issues. But as I tired to download and re-install it via Aerosoft One, it said that “THERE WAS AN ERROR DOWNLOADING FILES”, and the download cannot start. While the download and installation of FSS 727-200 Freighter and FSS 727-200 Passenger worked well.

I re-installed the Aerosoft One, deleting the old /user/user_name/AppData/Roaming/Aerosoft One folder. Besides, I tried different networks, different download regions and turned of the windows firewall, it still didn't work. I bought the add-on but unable to use it, which is quite disappointing.

I've submitted a ticket about this issue and am still waiting for a response. If any Aerosoft staff come across my forum post or ticket, please ignore one of the two. Thanks!

Yes, I have encountered the same problem. This seems to be a client's problem, not a network problem. I have tried to use different VPNs, but they all failed. I also plan to contact technical support to solve the problem.

I found a solution. You can try to change its version from the Microsoft App Store version to the Steam version, so that it can be downloaded successfully, and its shortcut is also located in the community folder, and it can be used normally.

Thank you so much for sharing this solution! I followed your advice and switched the version from Microsoft Store to Steam, and the Super 27 downloaded and installed successfully right away!

I'm glad to hear you have both resolved the issue - Could you please send me over your Aerosoft One log over via forum messages so I can forward this over to our IT team to check why it only occurs with the Microsoft Store installation option within One?
