What's the status of the A340-600? is there a non-discord public place or thread we can follow updates? It was said release would be by Christmas, and then early 2026 & that Friday updates would be consistent, but none of this has occurred. is it still progressing or?

All the news regarding the A340 is currently on our Discord, and there has been weekly news regarding it for the last month or so, however, now that we've refreshed the forum we'll be using this as a social channel as well, so updates should start being posted here too. We'll have more to share about this next week!

If you don't want to make a Discord account to view past announcements, you should be able to click the invite link and make a guest account with just a username. It then self-deletes after a while if you don't claim the account. To answer your question though, work is actively progressing. Here's the latest news from Discord posted today:

Regarding the status of the A340... It's getting better and better. We have finalized many things and it looks promising that we will get a version that is ready to go very soon. I cannot give you a precise date, as the developers and the beta team are ironing out many issues. As soon as the list is short enough, we can set up a release date. What I can say is, that the systems are feature complete, and the main focus right now is improving the 3D models and animations, which some of you have even noticed from the screenshots we share here. Well done!

and it would be nice if you posted outside of discord too such as the forums here or public Facebook posts

We're working on a couple more forum updates per feedback before we proceed, which I expect will now be next week. Sorry for the delay. In terms of the 340, there wasn't an update posted to Discord this week due to waiting on some internal visual updates.

Once we have all the updates completed in terms of the forum, I do believe marketing will be posting these to the announcements section here on the forum as well.
