Hi team, this morning I registered an account with the Aerosoft Shop and confirmed via their registration ok. I made a few purchases received purchase confirmations etc. Now this afternoon when I have some time I logged into my account to get the downloads, bizarrely I am not getting into my account, I put my login credentials and I get this message Your access data could not be assigned to a user    ?

 

I have tried changing my password which was successful but I still get the same message when I try to login? Any thoughts? Thanks
