How to Stick Cold & Dark?

Trying to launch Fs2024 with the Crj truly cold and dark, but setting the state and saving doesn't appear to stick (win11). The next time I load, I'm outside looking at the CRJ with beacon flashing, etc. 

 

What dumb mistake have I made this time? Thx.

Yeah. I forgot all about that bottom button as it looks just like all the others. I saw Cold & Dark at the top and stopped looking down from there. Thanks.
