I feel like since it augments the ailerons, it's completely normal and a nuisance message. Could this be a bug? In my times in a CRJ jumpseat, I don't think I've ever seen this constantly popping up. CRJay 483 Posted September 22 Share Posted September 22 Should only appear if you actually still have spoilers deployed below 800ft AGL if I remember correctly. I've moved on to another type for a while now already, so might be a slightly different number. But if you see the message, double check that you do not have spoilers deployed still. As in, the spoiler handle is stowed all the way. You should not be landing the CRJ with spoilers deployed, and this caution message does not/should not apply to the multi function spoilers that augment the roll. If you see the message and your flight spoilers are fully stowed, something is wrong with the addon/sim. bjratchf 4 Posted November 25 Author Share Posted November 25 The spoiler axis was assigned through axis and ohs, which was problematic. Assigning it through FSUIPC solved the problem - using AAO the spoiler handle was never in the completely UP position, leading to those annoying messages.
