Crj finally out but disabled!

Featured Replies

Infuriating.  After taking a month to show up on Xbox, it finally did today.  It works on 2020, but on 2024 it is stuck on the “disabled not available” status. Cant enable it yet.   So after all this wait, and marketing and function for both sims and all platforms, we still can’t use it.     Ccmon aerosoft and Microsoft. What’s the deal, please look into this.  $50 is half wasted if can’t use it in 2024 as advertised.

Had a ticket in to Microsoft asking, after 4 weeks, where is the CRJ V2 in Marketplace.  Their reply, you need to ask Aerosoft.

So Aerosoft, where is it?

Is there any news on the 2024 marketplace release?

It's been quite a while now so where is CRJ V2 for MSFS2024? You could have allowed us to link it with the contrail app but Aerosoft said no and no key and its been a month?? MSFS2020 updated and it was supposed to be for MSFS2024????

yeah this is ridiculous,  I think it's been 9 Thursdays now post release and still disabled. I hate when stores and devs hype up a release and date but fail to mention in reality it'll be a staggered rollout

You realize that Contrail gets money, right?  Since you willingly gave your money to Marketplace, do you expect that Aerosoft should pay for you to be able to get it from Contrail too?  Choices, like buying from the Marketplace have consequences.  You are in the middle of consequences that your choices caused.

Is there any update on the 2024 marketplace release for this aircraft?

There should be some sort of info coming from Aerosoft. It is in their best interest to take care of their customers and not just keep pointing fingers to Microsoft, while Microsoft points fingers at Aerosoft.

Has anyone from Aerosoft contacted Microsoft to see what is the issue with the plane being available but disabled in MSFS 2024 for Marketplace customers?
