i just bought the CRJ and when in a turn, my plane banks up to 90 degrees (for example left), sinking then turning again hard right, overshooting the course again while in a steep descend. What can i change that this is not happening. At the time of writing it just turned left and now right for no reason again and is not following the FD

Same here. Very common issue since first version. Super annoying. Simply a bad product again.
