CRJ loads with nothing working.

Brand new PC (just completed build last Saturday)

Brand new Windows Pro 11

Brand new install of MSFS2020

All drivers on PC up to date

Nothing in community folder

Load at gate cold and dark, buttons move, nothing happens.  EFB will not turn on to configure no matter how long press is held.

Load on runway, sounds of a running CRJ heard, sounds respond to throttle input, they spool up.  No throttle movement visible.

Uninstalled/reinstalled 3x each time deleting all CRJ related folders left after install and one time deleting all ASOne folders left after uninstalling that.  

Ideas? 

Does the CRJ borrow functionality in any way from default aircraft?  I always delete all the default aircraft I can because I don't use them and don't need them to load.  Is there another validation screen that should pop on first load?  If so, not happening on my end (installed from Aerosoft One).

Wild guess as I am more on the HW side : Is Assistance setting set to True to life ?

Is there a hardware connected ?

Not familiar with the assistance setting called "True to Life".   If you are speaking of the MSFS assistance settings, they are all turned off. 

All hardware connected.  

The plane loads and when loaded on to a runway it loads with all sounds running and the sounds respond to hardware input like the throttle.  However, the throttles in the cockpit are not moving, the switches move but nothing happens (landing lights for example.  The screens are all black.

 

I installed (and uninstalled and re-installed 4 times now) from the Aerosoft One app.  AS One asked me to sign in but after that there was no request from either AS One or the CRJ on load to enter my serial key.

Can you unplug all the HW and try to start the plane with the mouse and keyboard only ?

We seem to be fixating on my comment regarding the throttles.  Let's just forget that for a moment and think:

1. Black screens

2. Battery not coming on after clicking and hearing sound

3. Black EFB that never turns on

 

As far as the Assistance, yes, it is set to True to Life (stupid term from Asobo).  I would have just known it as Hard.  Across the board.  

The plane is dead, nothing works on it.  Should I have had to insert my serial key at some point in either the installation or first start?  If so, the installer never asked for it and I had it copied and ready to paste.  Is there a way to just get the exe file to try and install that way, outside of AS One?

Update:

Uninstalled and re-installed. 

 

Did NOT update the nav data via the Navigraph hub as I had done before.

Loaded fine, set all items in the EFB as needed.

Updated Navigraph data via the EFB.

Restarted the sim.

Nothing works again.  I am zeroing in on the Navigraph data as the cause.  I will un-install and start over without navigraph update.  Back later.

Worked for a flight yesterday.  Loaded today.  Not working again.

I am having problems as well. I just reinstalled MSFS2020 on a new PC. When I started the CRJ for the first time, I saved it to Cold & Dark as the default state. Now when I start a new flight, I cannot get the APU Fuel switch to do anything. Can't get a IN BIT, nothing. ALSO, none of my PMDG products work either if I start my first flight with the CRJ. If I load PMDG first, it works fine.
