If you have an issue with the CRJ, we first recommend posting here in the community forum, where other community members can view what you have posted and provide input. If the issue is believed to be a bug within the product, the best way to report the issue is by creating a ticket at https://helpdesk.aerosoft.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

 

When creating a ticket, please be sure to fill out all the input boxes, as well as providing exact reproduction steps so that developers and support staff can attempt to reproduce the issue. Our support team will then get back to you directly to provide further assistance.
