problems with activation of the crj 500\700 key purchased on simmarket in Aerosoft One

Featured Replies

I cannot activate the crj 500/700 key purchased on simmarket. I get a message that the key is incorrect.

But the B727 FREIGHTER MSFS, also purchased on simmarket, was recognized by Aerosoft One.

Since it is a "new product" add the new upgrade to your cart and proceed with a checkout. It will not have a cost. Once complete you can add the serial to Aerosoft One.

...and how might this be done?

My CRJ serial# is from 2021 and pre-dates Aerosoft One.  When I go into Aerosoft One --> Library --> Enter Product Key, it tells me that only product keys for Aerosoft One are valid (i.e. product keys in the xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx format).

The CRJ serial# doesn't have any dashes in it because, well, they didn't have dashes in it in 2021.

Solved:

Hello Sir,

Thank you for your request.
if you previously purchased the CRJ via Simmarket, please "buy" this add-on to receive the update: https://secure.simmarket.com/aerosoft-aerosoft-aircraft-crj-v2-msfs2024.phtml

Simply purchase the product and you won't be charged if you are logged into the same account.
You will then be assigned a new serial number that you can use to register the add-on in Aerosoft One.

Kind regards,
Robin Junker
