Missing Scenery for Billy Bishop Airport (CYTZ) for X-Plane 12

Featured Replies

I've purchased the Skyline Simulations - CYTZ - Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport XP12 add-ons and downloaded it via Aerosoft. However, the error as attached shows up.

I've enabled the add-ons and I can see the fold "Skyline Simulations CYTZ Billy Bishop" inside X-Plane 12>Custom Scenery. I tried to re-install it but it still doesn't work. I also tried to select the "Install Missing Scenery" button shown on the screenshot. However, it still doesn't work.

Appreciate if anyone could guide me how I can solve this issue. Thanks a lot!

Hello Sir,

it seems to me that you don't have all the world global scenerie for X-Plane 12 installed.

You can test and then do it with the X-Plane 12 installer.

You can get it here:

 Try It | X-Plane

Download it, extract it and run the included installer.

Then use the button "Add or Remove Scenery" and select the required scenery or select All.

Same problem as you described. Sent message to support, but no reply yet.

So you have the global scenery now installed and only get the message about missing scenery files in the airport? If so, you can send us your log.txt (please start a flight at that airport, wait for the error message, then close the sim so you have the error properly logged) and maybe we can find a workaround for that using some... well... tricks we have.

The log.txt file can be found in the X-Plane 12 main folder (usually called "X-Plane 12").
