I would also like to know when this will be officially available for MSFS2024. I bought it day one because the info was it will take "a few weeks to make it compatible with MSFS2024". Well, it's been 6 months now (!) and the airport is still marked as MSFS2020 compatible only. So I bought something I haven't seen in the sim yet...

Please can you give  a new estimate on LIMC MSFS 24 compatibility please? The Barelli release is looking OK, so I may go for that? I think the Aerosoft is better but still no update for MS24, despite being told the release would be a matter of weeks way back in February!!

David, apologies in advance, I am sorry to keep nagging you but myself and a few others are all asking the same questions ... why is this one taking so long and when do you think it will be available please?

I've the feeling that we will not get the update from Aerosoft .... we''ll see..

Me too! Guess I'll have to give my money to Barelli, which whilst not as good, at least is better than nothing! If only Aerosoft would give us another update!!

Actually I tried to install it into a fake MSFS2020 Community folder via Aerosoft One (I don't have MSFS2020 installed anymore), manually copied it to MSFS2024 Community folder and the airport works fine - I haven't noticed any strange things with the addon. So I have no idea why they just don't mark it as MSFS2024 compatible and make it available in the FS24 section of Aerosoft One. Some small incompatibilities can be fixed later. Most developers do it this way.

Should someone need a help with faking MSFS2020 installation:

The Aerosoft airport itself works in FS2024, but there is a problem with ground textures and taxiways not shown.

PS: Now in SU3 beta 1.5.4, taxy lines and parking lines are back. The problem is now very high GPU memory demand (on my RTX4090 99% mem used)

I'm trying to make an informed decision here. No reply from Aerosoft, despite posting on there forums & messaging them on FB, speaks volumes about how they care for their customers. Guess I'll be going for the Barelli product as Aerosoft seem not to give a monkeys. Shame, they used to be a great company back in the days of Mathias Kok!!

This airport is developed by David Rosenberg, Aerosoft is only a publisher here, so we need a reply from David. And as I said the airport works fine in MSFS2024. Someone mentioned missing taxiways or textures but I haven't noticed anything, or it's just insignificant. Still it looks way way better than Barelli's rendition. VRAM consumption can be helped by lowering texture resolution. I've found that some people keep that setting on Ultra (because some clickbait Youtubers found it doesn't affect the sim's performance) and then they're complaining that they're running out of VRAM. MSFS2024 is VERY demanding in this matter.

Took the plunge a bought it! Seems pretty good so far. The only big issue I have noticed so far is the textures of the inside of the terminal popping in/out a very close distances. Hopefully the 2024 update will sort that! Otherwise well pleased & feeling lucky I have a 12gb card! Glad I didn't go for the Barelli as the textures in that look a lot worse everywhere!

This starts to look like an abandonware. The promised official MSFS2024 compatibility "in a couple of weeks" after the initial release (that phrase was deleted from the product page though) never happened. And now I feel kind of deceived.

I agree with @mhron. Okay, a few weeks was perhaps a little to ambitious, since we all know and respect how other software developers struggle, have struggled and in some cases unfortunately stopped the development due to technical limitations (like the immersion packs from //42), but it’s almost a year now and not even a statement, neither from @Aerosoftnor from@David Rosenfeld. With all due respect, this is no way to treat paying customers. And I don’t think that customers should go and ask Aerosoft about it, Aerosoft, as the vendor of the product, has to come to us. That’s the way it works.
