Airbus A3XX Pro series not working

Featured Replies

The Aerosoft A330 Pro is still CTD in P3D v5.4 for me with the most recent Windows 11 25H2 (Build 26200.6899) update with a clean Windows and Aircraft installation.

Hopefully the Windows Insider Program Build 27954.1 (Canary version) updates which seem to fix the CTD issue are rolled out into a Windows 11 update ASAP.

I was using the Windows Insider Program before, and the Aerosoft A330 was working fine without any CTDs. I recently formatted my PC to test if the issue still happens with the new public Windows update (25H2 Build 26200.6899) — and unfortunately, the CTD still persists.

So it’s clear that the problem is not with the aircraft, but with the current Windows build.

I also hope they officially release the fix that's already in the 27954.1 (Canary) build. Using the Insider Program does help with the A330, but it ends up breaking or causing issues with other aircraft, so in the end, it’s just not worth using Insider just to fly one aircraft while others stop working properly.

Let’s hope Microsoft rolls out the fix to the stable channel soon.
