copy/paste this from the FAQ. If you go to AerosoftOne > library > A330.... Get Support

The procedure below worked for me.

Blank screens usually indicate that Aerosoft One Utilities is not running on your system. To resolve this issue, follow the steps in one of the sections below.

[Recommended] Reinstall Aerosoft One Utilities and the Aircraft

  1. Restart your PC and then launch Aerosoft One.
  2. Go to Library > Dependencies > Installed and uninstall the Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities.
  3. Go to Library > Microsoft Flight Simulator > Installed Add-ons and uninstall the A330.
  4. Go to Library > Microsoft Flight Simulator > Available Add-ons and re-install the A330 (this will also automatically re-install the Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities).
  5. The aerosoft-aircraft-a333-pw shortcut/folder and aerosoft-one-msfs-utilities folder should now exist in your <MSFS Packages>\Community folder. Launch MSFS and check if the A330 is now working.

Manually start Aerosoft One Utilities

  1. Restart your PC and then open the folder <MSFS Packages>\Community\aerosoft-one-msfs-utilities\utilities.
  2. Double-click on Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities.exe (the application will start without creating any visible windows).
  3. Launch MSFS and check if the A330 is working now.

Manually start Aerosoft One Utilities as an Administrator

  1. Restart your PC and then open the folder <MSFS Packages>\Community\aerosoft-one-msfs-utilities\utilities.
  2. Right-click on Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities.exe and then click Run as administrator (the application will start without creating any visible windows).
  3. Launch MSFS and check if the A330 is working now.

If the issue is not resolved after performing the above steps, contact our support team here, and provide us with your Aerosoft One log files, so our team can investigate the issue further. The log files can be found in the following locations:

  1. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.log
  2. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs\aerosoft-one.old.log
  3. <MSFS Packages>\Community\aerosoft-one-msfs-utilities\logs\aerosoft-one-msfs-utilities-exe.log

Note that not all log files may be present.
