LEBL & Spain UHD Compatibility

Hey guys, I recently got the Aerosoft LEBL Barcelona scenery and I also use SpainUHD.  I read in the description its compatible, but I can't seem to find anything as to how or what to do.  I am pretty savvy with Ortho4xp and layers and all that fun stuff.  

I have tried disabling the Ortho folder, but that didn't work.  I can see the lines in the terrain where SpainUHD takes over after default.  I know LEBL doesn't have a mesh per se, but is the "Barcelona City" folder acting as a mesh maybe?

Either way, I can't see to get the UHD tile to show through leading up to the custom ortho provided with the package.

I am going to try disabling the City & Ortho folders, but I would assume I lose all the objects then....?
