Does the Twin Otter Extended have a prop reverse or throttle reverse (reverse thrust) and if so how do I enable it in P3D v5. I have a Saitek Throttle pedestal.

Goto Options -> Settings -> Controls ->Buttons and Keys; choose category Engines. Look for Throttle (decrease quickly) (default=F2). Add new Assignment, choose a button on the throttle quadrant and choose repeat. Works fine!
