I finish buying Piper PA-31T Cheyenne in version DVD and when installing it says it to me in French:

Le número deserie tapé n´est pas correcte.

Répétez l´entrée.

and I am putting it the code that comes the box from the DVD.

Somedody can help or give me to the email of the Technical Support or some site me where to be able to fix my problem?

I just buy today the same product and I got the same answer from the instalation program, that my serial code is not valid????
