This bord is as simple as it is powerful :

It is recognized as a standard Joystick with 32 digital inputs (Buttons), 8 analog inputs (potentiometer/axis) and a Chinese Hat.
The digital inputs can be paired to interface with encoder.

It can be used with almost any simulator or game without installing any drivers on Windows, Linux or Mac.

Just connect your own buttons, switches, potentiometers, etc. and build you own cockpit, avionic, control, etc.

This simulator below is exclusively interfaced with 2 x BU0836X boards (except the RadioStack from VRInsight)
The instrument panel rotaries, the buttons and switches and all the controls (Yoke, throttle quadrant, rudder, etc.) use these boards.
