When changing panel states to cold and dark I get wasm crash every time.

I had recently encountered the same issue. However, this error has to deal with FSUIPC and a specific settings to where once this is unchecked the problem at least for me was resolved. When starting FSUIPC go to the top bar and locate the Add-ons tab. Scroll down on the WASM tab and move over to the right with the mouse and disable the WASM feature. Once this has been disabled the WASM problem will no longer occur.
