Could you clarify what specific information or questions you have about the redemption code for the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Limited Collector's Edition?

That is horrible news, when are shipments going to happen? I ordered the Collectors on the day it became available. I'm in Los Angeles, I may have to request a refund. This is ridiculous.

Yes, a month of Gamepass will now be provided for customers effected by the shipping delay so that you can play on release. Please see the update here:https://www.flightsimulator.com/lce-update/

Aerosoft won't give you a Refund...I tried. They claim the LCE has shipped, so it is too late.  If you still have not received your LCE, I recommend you contact your Credit Card company and have them do a chargeback.

If the LCE has already shipped and is in transit at the time of the request, we indeed cannot issue a refund, however, you can reply to your existing ticket or open up a new one once the product has been delivered to start the returns/refund process providing it meets the requirements.

Tom, I want to believe my LCE shipped, but I received no tracking number. My order still says "processing". I have checked all the carriers and not one of them show a shipment to my home. You seem like a really nice guy, but please admit this whole thing has been bad.

Just to confirm, did you create a ticket asking for the refund and were then told it was shipped already? If so, I'd assume it's likely that the product was indeed shipped, as anyone from the sales team who replied to your ticket would have checked the backend shipping info prior to responding. Regarding the processing of the order in your account, I believe this is an issue specifically due to the fulfilment centre for US orders being used not working with our system correctly when it comes to updating the order status - our IT team has been working on a fix for this.

 

Speaking from personal experience, the tracking when signing up for an account to see your shipments with FedEX can be a bit weird, especially if even a single bit of information doesn't match. Some shipments have arrived today and I have seen a few customers mention that their FedEx tracking had not updated despite it being delivered by them. If you haven't had an email from FedEx yet, I'd recommend either opening up a new ticket or replying to your previous one to ask for the tracking code and we should be able to get that to you. Unfortunately, it's not something I can do directly on the forum as that's not my area, so I do not have access to the shipping system.

I too, have ordered the collectors edition. However, when I log into my account, there are no pending orders present. We gave payment, but seem to have no ability to track or even know if we are in a 'queue'.

Sounds like you might have checked out with PayPal express, which does not log you in during the checkout process (due to how PayPal express works). You should, however, have had an email from FedEx, so I'd recommend double-checking the spam folder. Otherwise, if you reach out via ticket, someone will be able to provide you with the tracking information for your order.

Disregard, i found it. If anyone else is looking. Its on the card inside the lanyard. Took me a minute to think that it wasn't just a blank card
