Please make sure to use the USD-Shop only in case you are located in the US, since we are using a Fulfillment-Service in order to deliver those.

Seriously, where is the CL-415? My 300 plus dollars purchase was accepted. A little bit of clarity would be helpful. I know I typed in the right gamer tag during purchase,

For those still waiting for the CL-415, Microsoft applies this aircraft to accounts in batches daily. If you don't see it yet, check back tomorrow and you should see it. It's worth noting you might not see a notification for it within the main menu, so it's worth checking the content manager to see if it's available for download. Please remember, this will only work if the supplied Gamertag was correct.

Can you tell us, if we should put in the gamertag with "#" or without "#"?

 

e.g. charliebravo#123 or charliebravo123

 

I wrote it with "#" on Saturday, and I still can't find it in the simulator.

The # is part of your GamerTag, therefore you did it the right way.

Hey Marius,

 

its quite a bit unclear / confusing, the # in the gamertag, as i dont have any # in my XBox Gamertag, like i do have an # in e.g.  Discord nickname.

i searched in all my XBox settings, but not a single # (or # with numbers) in my gamertag.

So i do have an very old account, where those # werent existing those times, and were added during the times?

 

Or how to understand this?

 

I am asking, because i also ordered the LCE on 20th of september, and still no access to the CL-415 in my just re-installed 2020.

 

We talked on phone, about the 400/5000 copies version, remember? 😉 ^^
