Big White Square with gears up on E-175

Hi, there. 

This has occurred twice, and it happens only with gears up. The squares follow the gears as they are coming up, and if I put them down, the squares go away following the gears.

And why you are posting this on a forum for the Aerosoft Twin Otter? Better to post it directly on discord or forum from the creator of the E175?
