Axes and sensitivity settings for the TCA quadrant with the MSFS Airbus A320v1

These are the sensitivity setting working for my setup.
Please note these are guidelines and actual values in your setup
may vary according to calibration, age of the unit, wear, precision of the sensors, etc.

 

STEP 1 :

Assign the TCA throttle levers to THROTTLE 1 AXIS (0 to 100%) and THROTTLE 2 AXIS (0 to 100%)

Set the JOYSTICK L-AXIS X and JOYSTICK L-AXIS Y sensitivities as on the image below :
