Henrik thanks for that great idea. Turned out, that i could install the driver. But when i'm starting the "AFC_Bridge.exe" nothing happens. (MSFS24 was already running). The "Honeycomb Bridge Module" is than also running in the Task Manager. But nothing more  

So i'm not shure if this is really working for me. I think i just have to wait for the update....

@plehmannhad you ever installed MSFS 2020 before on your computer? I'm just wondering why it's not working for me. I have never installed MSFS2020 before....

I just checked, and it works for me on the A320neo with landing gear lights / status lights / button lights, but not on the Cessna 172 Skyhawk with G1000. When using the Cessna nothing lights up.

There could of course be other issues as well - but it seems that it may be plane dependent at the moment, which I would assume comes from maybe some planes being buggy.   I've only tried on two planes, so rather small sample size.

Just tried a few more planes, and it's a mixed bag.

It seems that the Asobo planes don't work, but where third-party developed planes do -- still a small sample, but that appears to be a pattern that may be developing.

Hello, im also having issues with "Missing UserCfg.opt" when installing AS_HONEYCOMB_MSFS_V2100
 onto my a newly installed windows-11-home with flight-simulator-2024. This pc had nothing else and has no customization. As recommended, I also tried AS_HONEYCOMB_MSFS_V2200 without success.

 

Im new to windows and flight-sim (but good at linux). i'm unsure  what steps I missed, how to debug this issue,  or how to contact support.

 

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The current Honeycomb software isn't compatible with MSFS2024 yet.
A new version is currently being developped and will be available within 7-10 days.

Just to chime in regarding the situation with MSFS2024 and the current Honeycomb software for the Bravo lights not working in some planes like the Cessna Skyhawk: we check some electrical variables to determine if the LEDs should light up at all, and while in MSFS2020 this works fine, in 2024 those variables are simply 0 the whole time, regardless of the state of the electrical busses. So we had to alter the included default Bravo profile accordingly, to identify and bypass those variables.

 

Like Cedric indicated above, it should not be too long before this becomes available to y'all.

Following as well as have same issue.. just excitedly bought MSFS2024 and Honeycomb throttle and yoke.. but hasnt been a fun experience to date..   will we get email update when installer is updated?

I have been using MSFS2024 on Xbox games pass. Will this fix work for the different file paths from this method?

That I have just bought MSFS2024 and Honeycomb throttle and yoke, yet met the same issue as well as "Missing UserCfg.Opt"

Uncapable to locate or manually find the file "C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Flightsimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages", but I guess the exact file name is "C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages" cause MSFS2024 was named Limitless in the "d:/XboxGames" by Microsoft Store default setting.

I wonder if the other users' MSFS2024 is named Limitless which is downloaded through Microsoft Store?

The driver is for PC only.

I think that he is talking about MSFS2024 for PC from xbox PC game pass (not from steam), where the instalation path also is different. That is also my case.

Any trace of the new driver? I used SpadNext but the trial period will be over soon and I don't want to pay for something which should've been come with the hardware. Looking forward to the update.
