B777 xplane 12 A/T throttle not working

Good day! Hope all is well! I am not sure whats going on, but i just downloaded Xplane 12 after usign xplane 11 for a while now. After i disengage A/T my joystick cant control the throttle anymore including keyboards.
The throttle will automatically move to the minimum, unless i press A/T it will go back to the requested position. But after inserting A/T no way i can control back the throttle with joystick...
the aircraft in question is B777. i tried to re calibrate, trying to use the keyboard, but nothing... the only thing is that if i use the mouse, and try to move the throttle back to low power position, it will slowly go back to full power activating all the alarms. to stop the alarm i have to press the A/T again and the throttle will go back to low power...
