Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Not Working

Hello,

 

i am completely reaching my final straw with this throttle, i cant get any of the lights to work and my flight instrument panel doesnt work aswell. I have tried every Youtube video available for the fix, have deleted and re installed my XML file nearly a dozen time and re-installed, tried launching afc bridge when im in the main menu and nothing happens. I have also tried downloading the christmas tree test available on these forums and it gives me an error message that i dont even understand. Pretty much all i can use is throttle, speed brake and gear, everything else does not work. can somebody please help me? I have no issues doing a discord call and sharing my screen with someone who has a solution to this.

 

P.S i am on the steam version of MSFS.

You are not alone.  I received one 3 days ago and have yet to get it working on any software.  Sometimes 3 or 4 of the panel lights come on but most of the time no lights at all.  I've been through it all too.

Hi folks…am using X-plane 12 and am considering purchasing the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant.  Should I expect to experience the same issues as you are?…or might this just involve MSFS?  Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

I still use my Alpha&Bravo Combo exclusively in XP11. The configurator should work in XP12 as well but it didn't when I tried. I could use the various axis and buttons but neither the autopilot section nor the LEDs worked properly in XP12. I am still waiting for an updated configuration software for XP12 and until then I'm using my Thrustmaster HOTAS bundle exclusively. No lights, no fancy extras but everything works.

Hello everyone.

I just purchased the HoneyComb throttle and I can't get it to work. This is what I did:

I installed HoneyComb configurator.

I downloaded and installed AFC_Bridge in XP12/Resources/Plugins

And the joystick configs folder in XP12/Resources

Then I opened HoneyComb configurator:

Actions/Open settings/Import profiles/zibo 738 throttle.JSON (previously downloaded) /import profile then activate current profile.

I restarted Windows, then ran xp12 with the zibo engines on and went to plugin/Honeycomb/BFC-Throttle/reload bindings.

I then went to the Joystick/commercial 2 engines throttle(with the reverses) window and all controls are enabled. I opened profile management and associated the profile with the aircraft then ok

When I return to the simulator, only the throttle controls work and the Gear. The flaps and the SPD Break don't work either. Same for the buttons (HDG etc…).I have this error message:

This profile contains “1 sim/misc/AnntestinProgress”with value “1”which does not seem to be a valid variable(TYPE NONE. It will be discarded.

Do you have any idea where this malfunction could come from? Thank you in advance for your answers. I'm on Windows 10 Pro and I have the zibo 4.0 RC 4.1 with XP12

Hi,

 

When activating the profile in the Configurator and loading the plane did you get 

a popup message in the simulator saying what profile was loaded and how many bindings were activated ?
