VOR display fails for unknown reasons

GNS shows VOR reception (data field is updated, indicates correct station ID and radial), yet VOR display is flagged and seems to have no signal.

 

The GNS is the WT one, yet the VOR display failing to display anything is the Twotter one.

Well I don't see how a corrupted nav database would cause one cockpit instrument to fail reception while another instrument can receive the station correctly at the same time but I read in your words that in any case it's not an issue inside the Twotter but on the MSFS end.
