Well as the error message syas, the folder "AerosoftTwinOtterExtended" is missing, it should be here:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Aerosoft\AerosoftTwinOtterExtended

Usuaally this folder is being created automatically whereever you install the Twotter.
