My preference is to use ST only for model matching on VATSIM. When I set Air Traffic to off for my flight I still see traffic that is not VATSIM plane - a lot actually.  Is that something I can fix?

Did this happen before SP12?

Hi Mathijs - I am not sure. I only purchased the ST a little while ago and only started trying to do this a few days ago. 

I have disabled traffic in the settings as well as live traffic in the flight yet I see traffic all over the place. The VATSIM traffic is there and the ST textures are looking great - it's just that there is a ton of AI traffic as well. 

 

But if you see that in the sim, that is how things are.

 

Simple Traffic does not spawn any traffic.

Simple Traffic does not affect what aircraft are spawned.

Simple Traffic does not control how AI traffic behaves.

Hi Mathijs - Yes I know what ST doesn't do - I wasn't accusing ST of being the problem. The title of this forum is tweaking VATSIM so I had hoped to be able to find help figuring out why my settings aren't behaving as expected. I assume others have been able to remove all AI traffic from the sim so I must be missing something.
