lucien paquette 5 Posted March 22, 2023 Share Posted March 22, 2023 hello two years ago ive bought crj550-700-900-1000. for msfs ive never success to make it work, suddenly just one time it works but then never worked. last week i wanted to use it, NOT WORKING. install and re install about 12 times. download, re download then install with AEROSOFT ONE or by itself, nothing is working trying with honeycomb bravo, NOTHING trying with Saitech nothing. what is going on. ive paid for this didnt have it free, but its impossible to make it to work. throttle not working even if i go to options , calibrate in the efb doesnt change nothing. plane start with engines on, ready to take off but doesnt do nothing else. all with last msfs updates and last windows 10. ive read multiple sites, but still not working. as soon as i start it my multipanel goes 10,000 and stay there impossible to change the altitude. its like its freeze there. what can i do to make it work, this is the only airplane i have who doesnt work. thank you lucien paquette Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for the Bravo throttle, please follow ALL the steps described in the procedure below. lucien paquette 5 Posted March 22, 2023 Author Share Posted March 22, 2023 hello ive followed by the book what you told me and ive done it about 10 times. ive disconnected everything, SAITECH, TCA SIDESTICK AIRBUS, KEYBOARD. PEDALS, and i let solely and only the honeycomb bravo and msfs with the CRJ...its not working ITS NOT WORKING..............restart the crj, restart windows, restart msfs, ITS NOT WORKING. since two years im trying to make it work and ive abandonned it, and recently i wanna use it and ITS STILL not working. ive tried the all in one crj 550-700-900-1000 NOT WORKING ive tried soleley 550-700 NOT WORKING. AND 900-1000 not working. and EVERY other airplanes in my msfs are all working perfect. si whats wrong with the CRJ. is it msfs the problem or what. maybe i will have to resart it and re install it, for the third times. i dont really know what to do. thank you lucien paquette Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Aerosoft SimWare 729 Posted March 22, 2023 Aerosoft Share Posted March 22, 2023 Sir, - What exactly isn't working ? - Is the EFB calibration working correctly ?--> This is a key point ! - Did you check and apply those two points as specified in the tutorial ? 1 - Make sure the ASSISTANCE settings are set to TRUE TO LIFE ! 2 - Make sure no other control device (Joystick, yoke, etc.) has any axis assigned to any throttle function. --> Please be very specific in problem description. lucien paquette 5 Posted March 23, 2023 Author Share Posted March 23, 2023 hello yes ive done it exactly as you said. efb calibration. done the same thing as in the video. assistance is set to true life ,,also. im in the runway engines running. ready to takeoff, try to give power with the throttle,,,throttle doesnt advance at all. throttle doesnt move. impossible to takeoff. engines still running.,,,if i put full power engines goes down then move up but airplane doesnt move. brakes are ok.,,, on the left side the needles for the engines doesnt move....crj is stuck there with engines running. i tried it at the gate as cold and dark. got the same problem. ive disconnect, then reconnect the honeycomb, the same problem. thank you lucien paquette Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lucien paquette 5 Posted March 23, 2023 Author Share Posted March 23, 2023 saitech multipanel disconnect. tca airbus joystick disconnect. got the same problem. ive checked in the community folder and the aerosoft crj is still there. if i look inside the cockpit were are the engines lever. the engines lever goes up and down by itself without touching anything. all the plane crj inside and outside is ok even the liveries, but the throttle is not working. and the engines are running. ive checked everything in the options menu,,,keyboard, mouse, propeller, mixture everything is ok. no copy of throttles. lucien paquette Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lucien paquette 5 Posted March 23, 2023 Author Share Posted March 23, 2023 hello , here i send you a video about what ive done again this morning and its still not working. even in the cockpit the throttle dont work. also this morning ine reset and re download MSFS because just in case the problem was comming from them because everytime they make an update there is issues and problems at different level. but it doesnt change nothing about the CRJ. thank you lucien paquette Please login to view this video. Aerosoft SimWare 729 Posted March 23, 2023 Aerosoft Share Posted March 23, 2023 Hi, I can't see you moving the throttles but you obviously do something wrong as you endup having the same values (16384) for all the detents. Please login to display this image. Hence the overlap error messages you get when trying to validate your settings : (As all the detents are the same, they all overlap each other...) Please login to display this image. You need to set the Bravo throttles levers to a detent (say for instance IDLE), leave it so, then press the SET buttons next to IDLE on the EFB. Then only set the Bravo throttles lever to another detent and press the corresponding SET buttons on the EFB. Please see the video hereunder. lucien paquette 5 Posted March 23, 2023 Author Share Posted March 23, 2023 hello FINALLY RESOLVED, THE THROTTLES WERE STUCK. impossible to get it to advance. so ive found that in the keyboard settings there was place were we can go off with the parking brake CTRL+ NUMDEL IVE TRIED THIS AND IT WORKS parking brakes went off and the airplace began to advance on the runway so all i need now is to experience myself with the superb CRJ.
