CRJ700 - KATL Gate not found

I am unable to program my INIT position into the MCDU. When I attempt to enter my GATE, i.e. D39, E35, I continue to receive NOT FOUND. I used SIMBRIEF to generate my flight plan and I am able to upload it, however, I cannot program my initial aircraft position.

Have you updated the nav data using Navigraph or Nav Data Pro?

 

Alternately, go to Page 2 and select one of the sets of GPS coordinates; iirc only one of them will copy, though, I forget if it's the left or the right, and use that instead of drilling down to your gate.

I use the online version of Simbrief, (recently updated) so I can use only what data is available with the free access of Simbrief/Navigraph. I cannot update any AIRAC data.

 

I am able to copy the coordinates from page 2 however. Thank you.

We have just asked them, again. if they are willing to support the NavDataPro (from Lufthansa Data Systems, probably the most used dataset in airliners) but we were not very surprised to be told that they prefer their customers to stay with Navigraph.
