DocSam 0
Dear all, I keep running into a weird issue with the CRJ in MSFS: On my outbound flights autopilot is always working just fine during flight, landing etc. After landing I roll to the gate and load the new flight plan for the return flight and set up the plane just like I always do it. Once I take off for the return flight my AP will not engage. This happens every time I do a return flight. Does anyone have an idea what I am missing? amahran 595
I could also add with a bit of an anecdote, the same thing happened with me on the autothrottle for the C-17. I came to learn that there’s two kinds of bindings: an autothrottle “Set Disengage” and an autothrottle “Toggle Disengage”. If I press one of them, it will disengage the autothrottle and not allow it to reconnect until I press it again. I would say: try pressing the Autopilot disconnect button you have bound again if that happens, then try re-engaging the autopilot. If it works, then you have the wrong AP Disconnect button bound.
