Traffic Global in a wired network between 2 pc doesn't work (X-Plane 12)

Hello everybody,

As agreed with the moderator, I summarize my problem here. I installed a copy of Traffic Global on one "master" PC and a copy on another PC on the same (wired) network for external views.
On the external visual PC, after entering the product code for activation (which happens perfectly), a red writing appears that says: "External visual waiting for data from master..." and obviously Traffic Global does not work on that machine .
Trying instead to make that same PC "master", the product works perfectly.
I think it's a network setting that escapes me.
