Looking for developer

I am looking for a developer to take over the development similar to Aerosoft Landmarks North Sea. This is a job on project base, you can do it where and when you want and can be combined with other activities.  We need somebody with the following qualifications (in order of importance):

 

- Solid ArcMap experience. As this product consists mainly of geographical databases, being able to manage those in ArcMap is the most important task.
- Excel experience. There often is a need to manipulate the data, which is done in Excel.
- MSFS project building skills.
- Model conversion to MSFS standards, basic animations and LOD creation etc.
- Basic modeling skills to adapt existing models.
