Hi all, 

I've bought the A330 pro off simmarket tonight and when installing the aircraft with the serial number provided it says wrong details.

 

Any ideas?

Check the following:
- make sure that you use exactly the same email adress you used during the purchase (watch upper and lower cases!)

- when you enter the serial via copy&paste make sure that there is no blank at the beginning or end

All serials have been tested to make sure that they are correct.

As Otto wrote, every serial that is send is created with the same code that checks it. We have never found any serial that did not work.
