Xplane not recognizing any Bravo inputs

Hi all, about 6 months ago xplane stopped taking any inputs from my honeycomb bravo other than the throttle axis. Trim, buttons, gear, flaps, all gone. It knows the bravo is there, and my alpha continues to work just fine, but I get nothing from the bravo. I had the configurator at the time, and the bridge plugin, and have since removed them to try to remedy the issue, but to no avail. I reached out to their customer support 3 months ago, but havent heard anything. Anyone got any ideas?
