BigJohn64 0
I suspect that this issue has come up before but I can’t find any specific “how-to” instructions on how to program the Honeycomb Configurator to control the BCN, NAV and STROBE light switches for the FF 767-series of aircraft in X Plane-11, so they can be controlled by the corresponding switches on the ALPHA Yoke. I did, however, successfully get the aircraft’s three LAND and three TAXI switches to respond to their respective single ALPHA Yoke switches. In case anyone is interested, I found the unique FF 767 datarefs by using the Dataref Tool plugin, and used the following ALPHA Yoke Configurator settings: - Landing Lights (Land Light On) Press-Event Variable: CUSTOM NAME Variable 1: Name: 1-sim/lights/landingL/switch Value: 1 Variable 2: Name: 1-sim/lights/landingR/switch Value: 1 Variable 3: Name: 1-sim/lights/landingN/switch Value: 1 - Landing Lights (Land Light Off) Variable: CUSTOM NAME Variable 1: Name: 1-sim/lights/landingL/switch Value: 0 Variable 2: Name: 1-sim/lights/landingR/switch Value: 0 Variable 3: Name: 1-sim/lights/landingN/switch Value: 0 - Taxi Lights (Taxi Light On) Press-Event Variable: CUSTOM NAME Variable 1: Name: 1-sim/lights/taxi/switch Value: 1 Variable 2: Name: 1-sim/lights/runwayL/switch Value: 1 Variable 3: Name: 1-sim/lights/runwayR/switch Value: 1 - Landing Lights (Land Light Off) Press-Event Variable: CUSTOM NAME Variable 1: Name: 1-sim/lights/taxi/switch Value: 0 Variable 2: Name: 1-sim/lights/runwayL/switch Value: 0 Variable 3: Name: 1-sim/lights/runwayR/switch Value: 0 This configuration allows the single Landing/Taxi switch on the ALPHA to control the respective three switches in the sim. I know that some members have created profiles that assigned these (and different) functions across all of the ALPHA’s switch bank. Again, has anyone successfully done the same for BCN, NAV and STROBE switches --- if so, what and how? Thanks!!!
