NavDataPro Charts is not even in the list of "support items/questions", you have to choose "Other". This is my first experience with NDP Charts, I just bought a one month subscription to test it, but so far my experience is not very good at all. I do prefer the symbolic and organisation of Lido charts ever Jeppesen's, and that's why I wanted to give it a try. I tested the application on MacOS, iOS and Android. It does not very well at all in all three systems. I haven't tested web access though. Is it better? I'll see later today. To come back to our problem, Aerosoft should offert a WORKING "systems status page" on their web site where we could check "system availability" rather than come here and complain.
