I have everything set perfectly for a ILS approach for ANY airport and it will not track the glideslope down.  I have tried everything I know. I can capture the LOC switch to LS and see the blue diamond coming down but the aircraft will not follow it down ???

Did you select „APPR“ on the right hand side of the FCU?

 

Please post a screenshot of that situation, including the FMA.
