As you can see in my video I am with the A310 from Inibuilds and SAM is up to date. I load my flight plan, I do "Start Preflight", then "Load" and as you can see "SAM GroundService XP" empties the fuel from the tanks but it does not put any back? Is this a bug or a mishandling on my part? What's amazing is that sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I too have small problems with this plugin and after three help request messages I gave up. I also intend to make a video on this plugin to invite my subscribers not to buy it and also to share the execrable customer service.
