How to apply PFPX performance penalties on Flight Plan Template?

Hi there,

 

I've been trying to use the peformance penaties on my Flight Plan template, I found some of them listed on the guide 2.0 (2017), but when I trying to use them, it gives me N/A result.

I tried those:

 

 

But non of seems to work properly, could some one help, or provide any other variables?
