CRJ700 external power switch not illuminating during lamp test

Hi,

I tried to take the CRJ700PRO for a short flight from KLAX to KFAT.  Cold and Dark. Turned on the GPU, parking brake on, master switch on, but no "external power avail" light on the overhead. Pressed the button anyway, which I could see depress, nothing. I've never seen this problem before.

Downloaded ver. 2.5.0.5 from Aerosoft Installer for P3D4.5.  Same result.

What am I missing?

Using WIN11, intel 12900kf, RTX3080ti, 64gb 3600, 2x1tb m.2, 1x 2tb m.2, 1x 4tb hhd, MFD pedals, HCA Yoke & HCB Throttle w/Rafael Jakobs CRJ Prof profiles.

I have hundreds of hours in this CRJ and thousands in FSX, P3D4, P3D5 and DCS over the last 35years.

Thanks for any help or insite,

Barry

Hi Barry

I have exactly the same problem for FSX CRJ700/900
The Ext PWR Avail light doesn't lit with the lamp test either.

I have to turn on the APU every time I enter the aircraft.

FSX Installed version: 1.2.4.0

Hey,

I've forwarded this to our testing team to check out!

Hello,

I have this problem with the latest version.

Has there been any update on this? I have the same thing in FSX since the latest update. I know the legacy platforms are not a high priority, but it would be nice to have it working again.
