jeremy betteridge 1 Posted March 2, 2022 Share Posted March 2, 2022 Hello I bought the Airbus X (box) way back in 2012; in 2014 I upgraded to the A32* bundle (again boxed). I have a receipt for this which says "Airbus Bundle Update (engl.) Update von Airbus X Extended Airbus Bundle English" The receipt is dated and numbered but there is no "bundle" serial number, only individual serial numbers in each box. I have just tried to purchase a new upgrade bundle for P3Dv4, but of course the shop system will not accept the individual box serial numbers for the discount. By email I have been told that I have to buy each part individually. This seems rather unfair; I made a bundle purchase in good faith, and have a receipt, but the upgrade bundle is not allowed because the computer says no apparently. I have about 36 other Aerosoft products - a loyal customer I think. Please could someone look into this and sort out a bundle price for me? Many thanks.
