Aerosoft DC-8 Problems

Hello everyone. Just installed DC-8 and having some problems;

-Trim indicator/handle doesn't move undess i turn on the autopilot

-In V/S mode autopilot doesn't control the aircraft, trim indicator doesn't move, i can only control the trim manually.

-Loader doesn't work.

 

I guess it's a problem related with xmltools but i don't know what to do. While installing xmltools, it said couldn't found the dll.xml so i added the required text to dll.xml by myself from this forum, i installed fsuipc (i had the exactly the same problems before i install fsuipc tho), i have done everything recommended desperately but all problems keeps going... Please help :((
