I noticed during night flight that the landing lights are not working for me. Then i checked the rest and the Strobe and beacon also dont do anything. Taxi's are ok, nav, logo and wing lighting working too.

check you don't have any switches bound to the simulator controls .. they can conflict and don't work well.  for physical operation you need to use LVARs

Indeed, Les is right.
First unplug the controls attached (yoke, throttle, etc and try to switch the lights ON/OFF with the mouse only.

Then, please check this tutorial on how to control the CRJ lights.
