bravo throttle losing contact

Hi, since a few weeks my bravo throttle quadrant is constantly losing contact with MSFS 2020.

I have to reset the preset to get it working and after a few minutes it's gone again.

Hi,

What do you mean exactly by loosing contact ?
Does it disconnect from the computer (Not recognized in the USB peripherals list)

or are the inputs simply not executed in the simulator anymore ?
